Plan a VCF 9.1 management environment and prepare a JSON specification for validation in VCF Installer.
These are appliance planning defaults, not universal VCF minimums. Generated gateways use network + 1; hosts use network + 11 onward. Review addresses and topology.
The starter maps identity, hosts, DNS/NTP, network VLANs and vSAN settings only. It is incomplete: add SDDC Manager, NSX/TEP, DVS, fleet/runtime services, component builds, IP pools and storage-specific settings from your 9.1 Installer template.

Start with an exported template from your target VCF 9.1 Installer.
Imports preserve component sections and exact build versions, except recognized secrets. A 9.0 spec is not upgraded by changing its version. Planning JSON is a separate format.
